The location of the property in Rodmell was perfect for exploring the East Sussex region. We had the pleasure of staying at Rose Cottage and it truly felt like a home away from home. The cottage itself had a charming garden where we could relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It was delightful to wake up to the sound of birds chirping and the smell of fresh flowers in the morning. The cottage was also equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to prepare our meals with ease. our stay at Rose Cottage was a delightful and relaxing experience.
Hair dryer malfunctioned.

Great location - close to Newhaven and easy access to visit family. Loved the size of the property, it was spacious and comfortable. Key was conveniently in the door upon arrival.
There were a few issues during our stay. The heating came at an extra cost of £20, which was unexpected.

Amazing Location: I couldn't believe how close Rose Cottage was to the stunning Glyndebourne Opera House. It's practically a stone's throw away! I felt like a VIP, with the gardens acting as my own personal backstage area. I even practiced my imaginary opera vocals while enjoying the beautiful scenery. What a magical experience!
Tap Troubles: A minor inconvenience was the kitchen tap, which seemed to have a mind of its own. It was quite the waterworks show, dripping away as if it had just performed a two-hour concert.

The location of the house is convenient, being near Newhaven and a short drive away from Beddingham. The house itself has a nice style and a great shower. The front of the property is fantastic, especially with the nearby church. A nice little cottage, perfect for a couple or a small family.
There were some issues with the house. The hairdryer didn't work, which was inconvenient, and the heated towel rail was also not functioning.
